Company History Richard Garcia & Associates, Inc. (RGA) was founded by Richard Garcia, P.E. in 2003. The firm was established to provide quality traffic engineering services to both the public and private sectors. RGA has performed services for clients throughout South Dade Florida and on occasion in neighboring Counties. Because of the specialized nature of our services, many of our clients are other professionals who have selected RGA as sub-consultants.
Operating Philosophy The goal of our company is to provide quality service that exceeds the expectations of our clients. These expectations include reasonable fees and being available to meet the needs of the client throughout the project. There are several aspects of our operation that help us meet this goal. They are by having a limited scope or clearly defined scope of services, direct principal involvement, and utilizing technology. The focus of the company is in the field of Traffic Engineering. This contributes to the quality service that is provided because our employees have a variety of technical experience within Traffic Engineering. To provide quality service, the principal believes in direct principal involvement and takes an active role in all phases of our projects. This allows clients to benefit from the experience and expertise of the principal. Our company is committed to utilizing the available technology to help our employees do their jobs efficiently. Knowing what technology is available is important in this practice. Therefore, we encourage our staff to be active in professional organizations and to participate in relevant training opportunities. |
